“We came across “THE BESPOKE COACH” service when we were in the process of planning interventions aimed at tackling stress in the workplace in a view to supporting initiatives devoted to the prevention of the occurring of related mental health issues.
We have favoured a broad approach where the opportunity of relying on a bespoke, flexible and efficient coaching service gives us the confidence of providing our staff with valuable help.
In fact, Susie has always been available when we needed her and prompt on acting upon our staff’s individual needs and personal circumstances.
Feedback has been positive, with staff experiencing and reporting positive change in their lives. Many thanks!”

“Susie coached me on identifying my direction and aims, self management and to have a positive view of self. She helped me to attune to my vision and sense of calling. I am now much more able to deal with negative thoughts and doubts and I have developed techniques to assist effective management. Working with Susie was an inspiration; her exquisite blend of active listening and calm assertion was engaging and she’s full of insight and good old common sense. I’d highly recommend her!”
Michael Haselden, Director/Founder of Angel Lane CIC
“I came to Susie at a point in my life where I felt something was missing. While I have a good job, beautiful fiancée I still felt lost with work stress and loss of my wonderful mother. Coaching allowed me time to talk about things I wanted to talk about without feeling a burden to the listener. It opened my mind more into believing that in some situations you have little to no control, no matter how hard you try. Susie in genuine in her approach to coaching and will put you at ease immediately, I would always highly recommend her.”

Executive coaching is all about building relationships
based on trust and authenticity.
As someone who coaches in various situations, be it executive
coaching, leadership coaching, or as a life coach I believe that it is good to
know a little about the person you may be working with, so here is something
about me to help you understand why I do what I do and where I do it.
I am based in Tunbridge Wells working across Kent in Sevenoaks, Maidstone and
also in London.
Often found speaking in various settings, from networking groups
like Athena or 4Networking to conferences and business settings. Many who have
seen me speak, would assume I am confident and enjoy standing in front of
hundreds of people telling my story, or challenging issues around addiction and
stress, and it’s true I do. But it has not always been that way!
I have not always been confident, having known what it is like to fall from grace as I
went from successful model to drug addict and then back up to life as a mother and,
therapist, writer, speaker and coach.
In some ways, this experience really supports me as a coach as I know what it is
like to fail, to achieve my goals and then to thrive.
Within the arena of business coaching, and in fact every area of coaching, I
have discovered that my clients often feel safe with me because I have years of
working confidentially, as well as having ‘lived a bit.’
So, they discover that I am robust and fairly fearless, a safe pair of arms to
challenge and confront, yet gentle and supportive for the most anxious of client.
It has been exciting to discover that my work creates a powerful environment where
clients can facilitate change in their lives, and their organisations. This brings
transformation and builds resilience, both in the work-place and also in life in
As an executive coach, working with senior managers and executives, continuing in
executive business coaching, as well as, a speaker and writer, my passion is to see
people thrive and grow.
I am available for skype or telephone coaching, or alternatively I have a consultancy
room in Tunbridge Wells Kent. If preferable I can also coach within workplace environments.
